In the spotlight with David Campbell

During the summer we would like to put our staff members in the spotlight to give you an insight in who we are and what we are doing behind the scenes. Since we are all working in a cultural organisation, looking to engage people with the arts, I decided to ask some creative questions too. Enjoy getting to know David Campbell, who is doing an internship in Droichead for 3 months, a little bit better.

What is your role within Droichead Arts Centre?

Working under pressure and to dead lines and also getting to be creative.

Working with children and animals.

What is the most fun thing you have ever done, working with Droichead Arts Centre?
Well it’s early days yet and I think the up coming out door theatre will be an event to remember.

Wallis Bird, Ardel O’Hanlon and ‘The Ones Who Kill Shooting Stars’.

Well it will definitely be the outdoor theatre.

It’s what separates us from the Animals.

Too many to list: U2, Madness. Crystal Swing are in the same league as U2 and Madness.

John Cusack or Alec Baldwin covering all bases in case I put on a few pounds.
